We started the morning off with breakfast at Anepalco's Cafe http://anepalcoscafe.com in Orange, CA! We found this yummy breakfast/lunch spot via Yelp and it just happened to be right down the street from where we were staying! Aneplaco's Cafe is a French/Mexican fusion restaurant! I tried their famous Anepalco's Chilaquiles that consisted of: Tortilla Chips, Red Sauce, Scrambled eggs, Cotija Cheese, Sour Cream, Avocado Mousse, Pico de Gallo! It was sooooo goooood!
Cayden had the Chocolate Crepe! I had a few bites of this and it was yummy!
Mark had the Huevos Rancheros that was made up of: Tortilla, Black Beans, Scrambled eggs, Cotija cheese, Avocado Mousse, Pico de Gallo, Sour Cream! This dish was sooooo gooood, too!
Keira and Dug the dog from the movie Up! The Redwood Creek Challenge Trail is something new at California Adventure! You can earn your very own Wilderness Explorer badge! The park rangers hand you a map and then you earn badges by doing the six tasks on the map! The kids loved it!

The kids with Wilderness Explorer Russell from Up! Keira, Carson and Cayden collected all six of their badges and attended the Wilderness Explorer Ceremony with Russell and officially became Senior Wilderness Explorers! Congratulations my kiddos!

Mickey's Fun Wheel! Not so fun for Keira and I! The boys laughed at us the whole time as our gondola moved back and forth and Keira and I were basically in tears holding each other! LOL!
