A day after Cayden turned 12 he went on his first Scout campout with the Deacons! For Cayden's birthday Mark bought Cayden some camping gear to use on all the Scout campouts over the next few years! He will be going once a month on a campout! I just had to snap a few pictures before Cayden left for the campout! Check out Cayden's awesome new camping backpack!
Cayden also got a new sleeping mat and sleeping bag that fits into his backpack!

Keira woke up one morning with a rash and it just kept growing and growing until it covered her entire body! The rash would somewhat go away on certain parts of her body and then would come right back! Keira looked absolutely terrible, but acted normal! Thanks goodness for Papa Bear being a doctor. I took pictures of her and texted them to my dad! He said she had erythema multiforme from a virus and not to worry as the rash was not contagious! I took Keira into her pediatrician right away and they tested her for strep and sure enough she had it, but she didn't even complain she had a sore throat! What?! I never have seen anyone get a rash (erythema multiforme) like this from Strep or a virus! Crazy! They sent Keira to the lab to get blood work to rule out any other possible issues, but everything came back fine! She did perfect as they drew her blood, but almost fainted after she got up. Poor girl!
Keira was so sad that she had to miss quite a few days of school, but I could not send her to school looking like this. I took her to Walmart one day and you should of seen the looks and comments she got! People can be so rude.
The rash covered 100% of her body, but she still managed to smile!
Sometimes Keira would get real itchy! The worst was in between her little toes!
The rash didn't go away for over a week and still would flare up a little in certain parts of her body for about two weeks! I thought for sure Keira's body would never look the same, but she managed to turn back into her cute self!
Cayden woke up early and opened his gifts from us before he went to school! He was excited to get another air soft gun to add to his growing collection!
I can't believe my boy is 12! Next year I will officially have a teenager! Yikes!
He also got some new cool clothes picked out by his super cool dad!
He added another two games to his Xbox 360 collection!
Kobe, Keira (she was sick with a nasty rash) and I brought in donuts to Cayden's class at school! I think Cayden was more excited about showing off his nine day old baby brother than the donuts!
This card was handmade by a sweet girl in Cayden's class! She secretly passed it around the entire class and had everyone sign it! When I saw and read this card I seriously started to choke up (I will blame it on the pregnancy hormones)! What a simple, but nice thing to do to make Cayden's day!
Cayden chose to have his BIG 12 celebration at Golfland-Sunsplash inside the castle! His party was on his birthday (Thursday night) since there was no school the next day because of Veteran's day! Best day and time to do it as we basically had the place to ourselves!

Cayden and friends were in video game heaven! The arcade has over 200 video games and the birthday crew had unlimited access to them! You should of seen the kids faces when I told them that they could play whatever games they wanted as many times as they wanted! I had several kids tell me this was the best birthday party they had ever been to!

At nine days old Kobe got his first bath in his tub and he enjoyed every minute of it! He didn't make a peep and just sat back and relaxed! Keira was home sick from school and helped give her brother his first bath!
