Mother's Day 2010

Dressed in our Sunday best and headed to church on Mother's Day! Wow! They clean up well on Sundays! I always look forward to Mother's Day at church to hear the kids sing to all the mothers.

We headed out to San Tan Valley(Queen Creek) to the Fryer's house for some baseball and strawberry shortcake to celebrate Mother's Day!

Cousin, Mitch and Keira!

Things started to heat up on the baseball field!

The crazy Fryers minus my sister-in-law, Shannon, who took this picture.

Mark with his Mom and younger brother, Jordan!

The Fryer Mamas on Mother's Day 2010! I love these two girls!

Grandma & Grandpa Fryer Come to Town

We are so glad when Grandma Fryer comes to town!

Keira gave Grandma the yellow flower she has behind her hair! Keira loves her Grandma and is her constant shadow during her stay:-)

Grandpa Fryer is a little camera shy, but we sure do love him!

Pitching Grandma! She was quite the tomboy growing up.

Grandpa Fryer playing some ball with the boys.

Keira and Grandma waiting to ride the carousel at the mall.

Grandma Fryer and Keira riding the double-decker carousel.

Grandma making Rice Krispy bears with the kids! What a good Grandma.

Keira having fun decorating the bears with sprinkles! Such a cute idea:-)

Got Chocolate Milk? Keira proudly wearing her milk mustache.

Kisses from Grandma! The kids and neighborhood kids as well enjoyed the Rice Krispy Bears so much that Grandma and Keira made some more a few days later. This time Grandma did some with chocolate frosting!

Grandma out on the football field supporting Cayden!

Grandma and her little Bronco, Carson.

Mark took his Mom and I out the day before Mother's Day to our favorite place, Tia Rosa's, to eat some shrimp and salmon tacos! Nom, nom, nom.

Mark with his beautiful Mommy!

What a good Grandma to play Alphabet Bingo and put floor puzzles together with Keira!

Thank you Grandma and Grandpa Fryer for coming to Arizona to spend time with us! We were sad to see Grandpa Fryer go back home after a few short days, but we loved that Grandma stayed for two whole weeks! Thank you for all the fun things you did with us (movies, mall, shopping, baseball, cooking, eating, parks, books, puzzles, games, etc.)! We sure had a blast and can't wait to see you in a few weeks for some more fun in Las Vegas!

School's Out for Summer!

But not forever! The countdown until summer school has begun, only 11 more days to go! But I'm not counting down…yeah, right! Let the good times roll!

Today (May 27) was the kids last day of school! To kick off summer break, my friend and Keira's preschool teacher, Kathrine, took our five kids plus four others to see Shrek Forever After (Shrek 4)! The movie was funny, a great family show and much better than the third! We will definitely be keeping Harkins Theatres in business this summer with the long list of new summer movies we want to see! Bring on the popcorn!

My Three White Dresses

My Ward (church) Relief Society(Women's Organization) held a wonderful mother, daughter, granddaughter night for the women in our church. My wonderful Mother-in-law and Keira attended the event with me. I wish I had taken a picture of the three of us that night! The theme was "My Three White Dresses" and food, fashion and fun were featured! The decorations looked amazing! You would of thought we were attending a wedding reception. It was fun to see photos, actual dresses displayed/modeled and video(see below) of some of the women/girls in their blessing, baptism and wedding dresses. Sadly, I can no longer fit in my wedding dress, but I did submit these photos of me in my 3 white dresses!

Pause my playlist at the end of the page before viewing this video to hear the beautiful song!

Cayden going for the Quarterback's flag!

Go get 'em, Cayden!

Proud Dad on the sidelines!

Game 5

Arizona Diamondbacks vs. Pittsburgh Pirates

Carson decked out in his baseball clothes for the big game with Mark!

Carson chatting it up with D-back players Auge Ojeda and Chris Snyder before the game!

Carson and some real cute Rally-backs. Mark made this sign and was featured on the Jumbo Tron! Go Mark!

Mark and Carson enjoyed their Dugout Box seats courtesy of Mark's work! Mark had given two clients tickets to the game and two random people showed up to sit in the seats. Mark asked them how they knew the clients and they told him that they had bought their tickets off Craigslist! LOL! Smart move since the tickets were $125 a piece!

Carson and Stephen Drew #6!

If only Carson could sit this close to the action every game, he would be in baseball heaven! Carson lucked out and received a foul ball from third baseman, Mark Reynolds!

She Did It Again!

Once again, Keira has made the No Cavity Club at http://sweettoothpedo.com/! Dr. Gavin told Keira that she had the best looking teeth of the day!
Keira wore her "No Cavity Club" shirt to get an extra token for the toy machines!

Open up and say aww!
