Hiking in Coronado National Forest

Hallie, Carson & Taylor had a blast hiking! I got a little nervous at spots like this!
Jaime, Cayden, Carson, Hallie & Taylor hiking Coronado Peak Trail outside Sierra Vista.

The view from one angle at the top is of Sonora, Mexico. We had binoculars and were able to spot a few cities.

Beautiful view of Montezuma Canyon!

Papa Bear is quite the hiker.

The kids rode down the winding mountain road in the back of Papa's truck. They loved every minute of it.

At the Coronado visitors museum Cayden & Taylor battled it out while dressed in armor like Coronado wore.

Carson was as happy as can be playing with this sword!

After the big hike we ate some real Mexican food at Tacho's Tacos in Bisbee, Arizona. The kids got them each a new grill! Nice!

At the beginning of January I took the three kids down to Sierra Vista for some fun with Papa Bear and the Haymore cousins. Sierra Vista is surrounded by mountains that have some great hiking trails. The weather was perfect, so my Dad and I packed the kids up and took them to explore the outdoors. The kids loved it so much that we went back a second day for another hike!

Looks like a fun hike. I wish that we would defrost here so we can do that.

Jaime, can you email me a copy of the family photo that you have at the top of your blog? Thanks.
