Pima Air & Space Museum Fun!

Tucson, Arizona
December 27, 2010

Grandma Cindy, Keira and my Aunt Deann before heading out on the town!

We went and had lunch at Five Guys Burgers and Fries (love this place) and then spent the afternoon at the Pima Air & Space Museum! The kids and I have been here before with Papa Bear back in 2009 http://markandjaimefryer.blogspot.com/2009/07/pima-air-space-musuem.html! Keira and I loved it our second time around just as much as the first time!

Keira and Grandpa George!

My little photographer! Grandpa George let Keira take some pictures with his nice camera!

The Museum has a collection of more than 300 aircraft and spacecraft from around the world that are all unique and fascinating! If you go to Tucson, you must make a visit to this place.

The girls!

Little Miss Keira.

Love Grandma Cindy's face in this picture!

Keira enjoyed being pulled around outside in a wagon while looking at all the aircraft!

My Aunt DeAnn, my Mom's little sister, flew in from Utah the day after Christmas to hang out with us for a few days! We decided to take her out on the town and show her some of the fun things to see and eat in Tucson! Mark had to leave day after Christmas to get back to work and Cayden and Carson went down to Sierra Vista to hang out with Papa Bear, Uncle Tanner, Aunt Karisa and her family! So it was just Keira and I for a few days and we sure did have a good time!

Christmas Day 2010!

Vail, Arizona

Cayden and Carson continued their tradition of waking up before the sun on Christmas day! Cayden always goes for his stocking first!
Cayden sporting his new Michael Jackson glove he got with his new Wii game Michael Jackson The Experience! You've got to try this dance game out! Cayden is a huge M.J. fan!

Carson going through his stocking!

Carson proudly holding his Disneyland Annual Pass! Mark came up with this gift and of course I thought annual passes to the happiest place on earth sounded like a perfect gift for our family!

Little Miss Keira woke up after the sun came up and was super excited to find the two things she asked for....... a barbie car and a dog! Santa must not of heard the "real" dog part, but she didn't care! LOL!

Keira and Grandma Cindy going through Keira's stocking!

Carson didn't waste any time in riding his new bike he got from Santa! Carson is quite the crazy little bike rider and has already crashed his bike a few times to the point of it not working right! Thank goodness Santa saved the receipt and Carson was able to exchange it for a new one! No more dirt hills for Carson!

Keira playing with her new Belle doll and tea set! Keira has the best imagination and can play and talk with her dolls and toys all day long.

Cayden showing off his new Kobe Bryant basketball shoes in a size 9 1/2!

Excited are we, my hubby and me! We can't wait to use our new Disneyland annual passes! I wouldn't mind getting one of these every year!

Papa Bear and Keira opening Christmas gifts. There was 11 of us on Christmas morning and it took what seemed like hours to open all our gifts!

Cayden opening up his awesome gift from Carson! Carson got Cayden the biggest NERF gun you have ever seen!

The kids and I bought Mark his very own Arizona Diamondbacks tie! Mark loved it:-)

My Mom and George bought me Just Dance and Just Dance 2! Love these games! Funny thing is Cayden got both of these games too!

Carson was so excited to get a new baseball glove and conditioning kit for the upcoming baseball season and Diamondback games from Papa Bear!

Papa Bear trying out Carson's sweet new glove!

Mark got a very nice gift card to Dick's Sporting Goods from Mom & George! Perfect gift for Mark the sports lover!

A new camera from Mark to keep my blog full of lots of pictures for years to come!! Don't you love my bow?!

Cayden trying out his new NERF gun while sporting his new clothes Mark picked out for him!

Christmas day 2010 was lots of fun for our family! Grandma Cindy made her yummy breakfast casserole, we opened gifts in the morning, and spent the rest of the day resting and playing with all our new toys. My sister, MacKenzie, with all of her siblings help, put a DVD together for my Dad with pictures of my Dad and all his kids and grandkids pictures with him from over the years. It brought back so many memories and made us all cry. In the evening we had another yummy Chrismas meal and then we all went to the movies. A few of us saw True Grit and the rest saw Little Fockers. Carson and Keira went to the playcenter at the movies. Yes, Harkins theatres(best movie theatre ever)offers babysitting! My kids love it and beg to go there!

We are grateful for the knowledge of the true meaning of Christmas and the opportunity we have to celebrate this wonderful day every year together with family. Thank you to all our friends and family for the yummy treats, gifts and Christmas cards (we love hearing from all of you) over the holiday season! Speaking of Christmas cards, don't feel bad if you didn't get one from me as I didn't send a single one out! This is the first year that I have not sent cards out, but I promise that I will get my act together for Christmas 2011!

Christmas Eve 2010

Grandma Cindy & Grandpa George's House
Vail, Arizona

The kids were so excited to be at Grandma and Grandpa's house on Christmas Eve! They always make holidays extra special for us! Thank you:-)

We started the night off with lots of sparklers and fireworks! This was a first for the kids as fireworks are now somewhat legal here in Arizona!

Grandpa George had a nice fire going for all of us in the backyard! The weather was so nice! Little Miss Keira loved the sparklers!

Carson with a handful of sparklers!

My wonderful dad, Papa Bear, and Mark enjoying their yummy Christmas Eve dinner! It is a tradition to have homemade jumbo coconut shrimp, Lion House rolls with raspberry butter to name just a few items on the menu! My Mom is the best cook and always goes the extra mile on her holiday meals! She always makes so much food that we get to eat leftovers for days! Lucky us:-)

My beautiful Mom, Carson and my great step-dad, George!

Baby you're a firework! I can't get that song out of mind! LOL! After dinner, Grandma and Grandpa busted out the jumbo sparklers and some real fireworks!

Carson and Grandma Cindy having fun!

I had a blast playing with fire!

Keira was so excited for Santa to come that she changed into her pajamas right after dinner!

We ended the night with playing BINGO! This is another tradition that we all look forward to at Christmas! My Mom and George give away the best prizes! We walked away with a ton of gift cards, toys and other fun items! Thank you Mom and George!

Keira's favorite prize she won was a Hello Kitty purse with flavored lip gloss!

Mark and Papa Bear playing BINGO! We were so exited to have my Dad join us as he had been in the hospital a week earlier for hip replacement surgery and could barely walk! What a tough guy my Dad is!

Carson on cloud 9 after winning a ton of BINGO games in a row! Seriously, it was Carson's lucky night and he walked away with a huge stash of prizes!

Bingo Mama in action! Keira lost interest after a few games and decided to play with Grandpa George instead.
